+1Hello - can a template I created and shared with another user, be sent by that user using the bulk send option? Looking over her shoulder, I don’t see the bulk send as on option for her. Does she just need administrator permission to do this? Thanks!

Bulk send is something that is permissioned. They don’t need admin permissions, but you may need to create a new Permissions Profile to allow people to use bulk send. This would obviously mean that the users would not have full admin control but would have the ability to use Bulk Send.
