Failed Access Email Notifications

We have been receiving Envelope activation failed email notifications from DocuSign for applicants who successfully completed and signed their DocuSign envelope. None of these envelopes were voided or re-sent prior to completing/successfully signing. We don’t know why these emails are being triggered by DocuSign. I confirmed with one of these members that they saw no errors when they completed their DocuSign, it finalized/completed as normal. It looks like maybe the member is trying to access the envelope or signed documents and we get this notification?

move the mouse on to the button of update but not click, and check whether the url link is from docusign.com or docusign.net.
