We have been receiving Envelope activation failed email notifications from DocuSign for applicants who successfully completed and signed their DocuSign envelope. None of these envelopes were voided or re-sent prior to completing/successfully signing. We don’t know why these emails are being triggered by DocuSign. I confirmed with one of these members that they saw no errors when they completed their DocuSign, it finalized/completed as normal. It looks like maybe the member is trying to access the envelope or signed documents and we get this notification?
