For purposes of office organization, can we change the subject line after a Docusign email has been sent to the client? In our own inbox?

The correction is possible only if the envelope is still in progress, Correct an Envelope To correct an in-process envelope, go to the Agreements page and locate the envelope. Click the more options icon and select Correct. In the Prepare view, you can edit documents, recipient information, fields, expiration date, reminder details, recipient signing options, and the message to recipients. After making the necessary changes, click NEXT, and then click CORRECT to reissue the document to outstanding recipients. Recipients will receive a new email notification with a new link to the envelope if their email address was changed.
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
