Hi, I’ve tried to search for an answer but can’t find anything which relates to what I need. I would like to be able to disable autofill of recipients (from both the personal contact list and the user list). Is this possible ? I know how to edit my contact list but I’ve had a couple of users sending documents to incorrect people as it has pre-populated a previous email address and they haven’t noticed. Any ideas anyone?

We currently do not have any option or way to avoid contacts being added automatically, you would need to delete them manually once created, that is how our system is build at the moment, however, we invite you to share your product suggestions and feature requests on our dedicated ideas page (https://community.docusign.com/ideas), where we can collaborate to shape the future of our product together.
