Shared Access Issue

In Docusign, we had created a user “Contracts Team”.  We then set it up so that each member of the team could toggle from themselves as a user to the “Contracts Team” as user.  That way, multiple members of the team could send envelopes as user “Contracts Team”.  It works well.  Unfortunately, starting today, when I toggle to “Contracts Team” and assemble an envelope, I am not able to save edits to Document Visibility.  I’m not able to save and close any envelopes.  I understand that Docusign migrated from sharing envelopes to shared access.  But we had set up the access already so team members could toggle between their profile and the Facilities Contracts profile. I’m not sure how to resolve the issue.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

If you can switch to “Contracts Team” but can’t save or close envelopes, it’s usually due to missing permissions in Shared Access (you’ll need Edit and Manage access).
I’d recommend having an admin double-check or reapply the Shared Access settings.
