Envelope voided message to Signer

If you would like to change the wording of the voided notification email for future envelopes, this can be done through the Email Resource File in Admin under Branding.

Please note that this feature is available only with certain account plans and branding configurations. If enabled for your account, you can update the applicable void-notification template, such as EnvelopeVoided_HtmlBody, and then upload and publish the revised file. 

These changes will apply to future notifications only and cannot update emails that have already been sent.
