I want to use the REST API to get identify the licensed users and their email addresses.  I can get the users by using the Organziation REST API or the accounts REST API. Which one is the correct one to use:/restapi/v2/accounts/<accountID>/users gives me the user in the accountwhile'/Management/v2/organizations/<OrgID>/users?account_id=<accountId> also gives me the users  Since I have to specify the account ID in both cases i don’t really see an advantage to one over the other… Thoughts?One reason i am leaning towards the /restapi/v2/accounts call is that i could also get the bilingPlan information.

I am using the API (Python SDK) to get a list of Envelopes.Recently, I noticed that I was not able to retrieve Copy Received Envelopes.They are in my inbox, but I am not able to retrieve them using the list_status_changes method.How can I use the API to get the Copy Received Envelope?

I am trying to integrate with CLM APIs however I am not able to figure out how to setup Authorization and Authentication. DocuSign APIs refer creating a developer account and setting up Integration Keys there but it only seems to work with eSign APIs and not with CLM. Can anyone PLEASE help me figure this out, I am having a hard time finding the solution to this.

I have created one template along with document in that document added custom fields and also added recipient role as signer email and name is empty. Using that template I created one envelope added the template role using sdk method and called the request recipient view using that envelope id and view type as sign.  As a response I received the signing URL.In that URL I’m only able to view the document  there is no customs fields are visible. The user need to sign the document in the URL. 

Team,I wanted to get a head start on setting up a developers account for an API class I am registered for. Set up succesful but know I cannot access my companies demo account. I logged out of the gmail demo. Every time I access it has that info and goes straight to enter your password. Its not letting me change the email. Any help would be appreciated.

I Implemented SSO login for DocuSign from salesforce using connected app and identity providers.Now I want to navigate to draft documents page in DocuSign after successful SSO login. I dont know whether it works or not from connected app in salesforce.Can anyone help me with this concern?Thanks in advance

I am creating a process that gets completed envelopes and then uploads the envelope’s documents, once uploaded I would change a custom field that I wanted to use to filter out the completed envelopes that had their documents uploaded, but since no changes can be done once the envelope is completed, I cant change that custom field value. Is there something else I can do?

My app is useing the DocuSign API to integrate DocuSign. Our users are forwarded to the DocuSign sender view URL to place the signature tabs.On the sender view page, users can edit the Documents(Delete the documents and upload new document).Our requirement is that once the document has been uploaded on our app, when forward to DocuSign sender view page, the sender should not able to edit the document.We didn’t find any API properties or configurations on DocuSign part can disable the ‘Edit Documents’ function.Who can help with this issue? Many Thanks.

I'm integrating D365 CE with the Docusign Power Automate Connector and aim to automate a sequence of actions triggered by the creation of a quote in D365 CE. Specifically, the workflow should: generate a PDF version of the quote, produce a link for signing the PDF document, and send this link via an email through Exchange rather than using Docusign's default email service. So, I’ve enabled a 2FA authentication app for my DocuSign account, but I’m not getting any recovery code or one time use codes in the event I lose my phone or get locked out of my authenticator. How do I get these codes for my DocuSign account?   I have one time use codes for all other sites and keep them locked in a safe for security. Thanks.

I am new to DocuSign’s eSignature REST API. I am using postman to connect with DocuSign Rest API. I followed the step mentioned in the below link and connected with DocuSign demo account. Postman collections | DocuSignAs mentioned in the above link , I got the access token and I could able to get my using information from DocuSign but When I try to create an envelope or do any API calls with DocuSign I am getting 401 unauthorized error response. Could any one please help me to understand what I am doing wrong here. Please find below error screenshot.

Hi,I am creating an envelope with the eSignature API and this includes witnesses.  I am added signature and text tabs to the witness recipients.  The signer is adding the witness name and email when signing, and then the witness will enter their address when signing.   I want the Witness name and address to appear where the text tabs are in the document when they enter their details or sign.  However this is not working.  I’m assuming becuase I havent at any point associated the tabs with this data.  Is there are way of doing this at the point of envelope creation?  I am trying to reduce the amount of admin work done by my team before they send the envelope. Thanks 

If I have a template that I am sending via API.  My template includes two recipients to sign in parallel. I am sending an original and two reminders if document is not signed before envelope expires.How do I check the status for each envelope (recipient) that was sent? Is the status for each envelop or for each email including reminders?Thank you.

Does DocuSign offer a Sandbox that stays in synch with a Production account ? If yes, where to find that information?  

I have scenario and I need to automate the process. Assume I have an envelope named checklist and has three signer with the signing order 1,2,3. Each time when the signer is signed I need to download the document in my local machine. For example if signer 1 is signed the document from the checklist envelop should be saved in my local as checklist_v1 and if signer 2 is signed the document from the checklist envelop should be saved in my local as checklist_v1 and so on. I tried the flow with Power automate, we can only download the document only the entire envelope is completed. In this case all 3 signer has to sign then only we can get the document. Is there option that we can get it for each signer in power automate? I am also happy to use DocuSign Signature Rest API to automate this process. Thanks,Nirmal.  

If we are creating an new envelope manually by adding documents we will enable the frequency of reminders using advanced options in DocuSign and send the envelope to the recipient. The below image shows how to enable the frequency of reminders for the envelope.Is there any way can we automate the process using power automate or DocuSign Signature Rest API call?The flow should be:Create an envelope Add the Documents Add all the recipients Enable the frequency of reminders for 7 days. ListStatusChanges is returning only 1000 envelopes result set as of 2/9/2024.  I'm trying to set the Count and Start_position, but so far only getting 1000 envelopes.  This has been working for over 2 years.  Has something changed?  Is setting the count and start_position a new work-around?  Thanks.

We are a Public School District that receive a ton of PSLF forms that require an electronic signature, I always print the completed form for the employee file when I am done.  I cannot seem to do this within Docusign,  I get no option to “print” now.  I used to get an email of the competed form but now I do not.  How can I remedy this issue???

hi,I am trying to send envelope from a template with dynamically populating fields in template document through rest API in PHP but I face a problem. I add a recipient in a template of an envelope and also I provide other recipient information in "templateRoles" in the request from the API and also I add "tabLabel" and "value" for the custom tab fields. Now after sending envelope when I check document which is to be signed in the email of both recipients then i found that recipients that added in the template from my docusign web account got the document with only basic fields (name, email, date signed and sign) and custom field values to be empty text box (no value) and when I check for the recipient that I provide through api got document with basic fields values in left sidebar which has to be manually placed in document and no custom field in sidebar and no custom field values means nothing is populate on documnet only basic fields values set in left s
