failed to connect to the remote server docusign connect

Question

I have a listener set up to consume docusign events but it is failing to connect with the lambda sending a message failed to connect to the remote server, any idea why and what could be the solution? Exception in EnvelopeIntegration.RunIntegration::: Error - Unable to connect to the remote server;

please provide the connect log and failure log. Does your remote server add public certificate? Does it open the port as DocuSign connect require?
