I would like to create a simple web application using. C sharp language.
This application creates a simple webform where a user select an option A or B and, signs a document, and verifies with an ID or driving licence.
Is this possible in developer account?
How to create a webform, only with SKD or api or also manually with some UI interface.

Yes, that is possible to do in the developer account, but keep in mind that the developer environment has its limitations and to use the account for your business its purpose is only for testing/developing your integration. A production account would be needed to send documents to your customers.
