Help with access

I have used this program for years.  As of yesterday I am unable to receive any documents. When I requested to resend a link, the link went to an incorrect email.  My email mispelled.  I can’t figure out who to call or how to fix it.  neither can the sender.  I actually activated a free trial to try and bypass the issue but no luck.  very odd and need some clear simple direction as a lot of my contracts go thru this program.  Sorry don’t understand all the categories.   Please advise.. thank you!!!

Recipient Can't Fill in "Title" Field

A recipient is not able to complete a Docusign because she isn't able to add her title in the "title" field. Can anyone assist?

Browser doesn't recognize DocuSign PKI software is installed

Hello,We need to install “DocuSign PKI software” + “DocuSign browser extension” to be able to sign some contracts for a local Windows user (without admin privileges). After the installation using admin credentials, the browser doesn’t recognize the DocuSign PKI software is installed, not even if I execute the browser with the same admin user I’ve installed the software.The only way it works is directly connected in admin account – but in that scenario we don’t have the  certificate we need that is installed in the first local user I mentioned. Could someone help us with that, please?Thanks!

Permission control when add comments and tasks.

Hi all,I have a question about adding comments and tasks to notify users during workflow processes. Is it only possible to tag users who has been assigned access rights? In my case, I seem to be able to tag all users, as they are all CLM admin in our UAT environment 😅

Bulk Download Documents in CLM

Hello.  I am trying to tidy up our CLM tenant and would like to bulk download hundreds of older documents to store outside CLM in an archive. How do I bulk download?  I don’t want to have to manually select and download 20 at a time.  Is there a way to do this please?

Is possible to hide sender’s address?  I need it to make it look like it’s sent from a company, not an individual.  Is there a way to create a sending group address?

My signature blocks are being dropped after I send to signer

I have sent two documents to different clients and when they get them one or more of the signature blocks are missing.  This causes a delay as I have to resend the documents more than once.I have double-checked the signature blocks before I send them - is there a way to prevent this.

What is the difference between 'opened' and 'viewed' actions by the recipient?

When reviewing the Envelope History, two actions in the “Action” column are “Opened” and “Viewed”.  What is the difference between these two actions?  For example, do both actions provide evidence the recipient saw the email and at least opened/viewed the document?   Sometimes when recipients have not signed the document, I email them and indicate, “I notice you opened (and/or viewed) the document on xxxx but have not signed it. The deadline for xxxx has passed.”  When there are strict deadlines contained within the document and recipients try to say they were not aware of/did not see the DocuSign email until after the deadline, I want to be correct if I ‘counter’ with evidence on the report that indicates otherwise.Thank you!

Parent Signing for Student

I am looking into how to send a document on behalf of a school. This document requires signatures from both parents and a signature from an individual student. The majority of these students will not have email, so parents must read the document to them and sign it on their behalf.  Please advise as to how best to set the Recipient List and allow parents to add a separate signature that is not their initial signature. Should we just provide added directions in our communication?

How to make role information required for all roles on PowerForm

Hi all I have set up a template and I am using it as a PowerForm.  There are 4 roles for the template / PowerForm:Submitter - who supplies all the info and initiates the PowerFormSubmitter Manager (signer 1)Supplying Data…. (signer 2)Receiving Data….(signer 3) Even though all 4 roles are marked as “Needs to Sign” when I created the template, when the PowerForm is initiated, it is only requiring the first role to be filled out?  Can I get the other roles to be required as well?  The Submitter (first role) would supply all the info.Please help Thanks!

Best Practices when assigning KBA to a recipient

Are there any best practices or tips when assigning KBA to a recipient?For example, some last names could have apostrophes or hyphens in them like O’Brian or Williams-Sonoma. There are also last names that have a “Mc”, such as McDonald. We recently had an envelope where the last name had an apostrophe and when the recipient tries to authenticate using KBA it was not able to find them until the sender removed the apostrophe from that recipient's name. After removing they were able to authenticate their identity.

Sending templates without emailing them?

Hello!! I’ve been trying to look this up, but getting no where. In my minimal experimentation, I have been unable to figure this out either. I’m curious if this is simply not a feature of Docusign or if I’m just missing something? When sharing a template during a Zoom call, the Zoom app makes me log in to Docusign and then makes me email the form to the person I want to share it with. Is there a way to NOT email it to them? I simply want to be able to share the template in-meeting and have them sign it right then and there.  Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Change signature

I received a file via DocuSign for signing sent by an email from my manager, at the time I did not have a DocuSign account. It was my first time using DocuSign, while trying to familiarize myself with the process, I uploaded a signature as a test. Now, I am unable to change this signature to the correct one.I searched for the solution, I found out that I need to create an account to change the signature, I have since created a DocuSign account, but the file doesn't exist in my account to sign it! I even tried to register my signature in my account and the tried to sign the file in my email but it still use the first signature(the test one)Could you please assist me in accessing the file in my account or guide me on how to change my signature for this document?Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your guidance on resolving this issue.

For years I have used Docusign but I only ever received documents to sign.  I now want to send a document to be signed. What do I do?  Do I need a paid account? Does the document need to be in PDF format or Word?  I have the document currently in Word.Just confused as how to get started because when I try to signup using my existing user id and password, I receive an error.

Receiving error message "This recipient type must have a name and email address".

I am receiving the error message "This recipient type must have a name and email address" even though the recipient boxes are filled in with a name and email address.This problem just started happening after using the same template for several months.Can someone please assist?

Why isn't a nearly 4 years old ID version supported?

When I tried to verify my identity with my hungarian ID card, the agent said there isn’t an option like mine. It is the 2021 version one, so nearly 4 years old. I checked the supported ID versions and the latest is the 2016 one. What could be so complicated that it is still not possible to update the list with it? (also the agent said to ask support, but when I try to open a ticket it says I’m unable to login and wait 15 minutes, it’s been more than 12 hours)

reminders

I used to be able to set DocuSign to send reminders all those who have not signed their documents daily until they have signed with a one button set up (so that I don’t have to do for each envelope, which is also no longer an option to me). I can no longer do this (our school just got DocuSign back). Why can’t I use that feature? I have over 50 envelopes to resend right now with many more to come & it is very time consuming to hit resend on each envelope.Also there is no longer an easy way to search for a specific envelope, ie when I type in a name absolutely nothing comes up or everything comes up. Is this the new DocuSign or are these paid upgrades now? Thank you

Signing kids and parents in one form

Hello everyone,I am currently checking whether we can use the product for our table tennis club instead of paper forms. When children are registered, the parents usually sign. However, in rare cases, the children may also need to sign. Is it possible for the children to sign on the same form as the parents, even if the children do not have their own email? And what about when a third person, for example, needs to sign for the account holder in the case of a direct debit? Is that also possible in some way?Thanks in advanceImmi
