YouI have a developer account in docusign. If I have multiple clients, Is my docusign account enough for all the clients, or should I need individual account for each client for the docusign integration with laserfiche ?Can I integrate all my clients using my developer account?

How to use the same template twice in one envelope

Hello, I created a template for a consent form and I need to use that form sometimes several time in the same envelope. There are fields that i have to put specified information like names and date of birth which I input as a first signer of the document. Here’s the problem, every time I do that, the information that I typed on the first consent form, it auto populates to the 2nd consent form, essentially giving me duplicate documents. How to I stop it from copy the information from the first form to the second form?Thanks

New User Sign and Print Questions

As a very new user we have a few questions. Our accountant requires a DocuSign signature prior to submitting annual income tax returns. We have setup a DocuSign account but have the following questions:Two of our adopted signatures were originally uploaded files of our actual signatures. However, one of the signatures displays extremely small (it is a little longer) on the signed document. Is there a way to enlarge the signature in DocuSign so it is more legible on the signed document? How do we download the documents from our account? We can see the signed documents, but when trying to download we get a webpage indicating a lack of authentication. When creating our account for the community, it does not ask us to setup a password. Is that normal?Thank you so much for any assistance.

Why does the "Correct" button disappear on a shared envelope that is also CC'ed to the person the envelope was shared with?

We had an issue where we were trying to cover for someone who is out of the office on an envelope that they had shared with both me and my coworker, so that we could cover for them. My co-worker didn’t have a “Correct” button on the shared envelope. And I did. My co-worker and I have the same configuration in every way. The only difference was that she was CC’ed on the specific envelope, and I wasn’t. If anything, I would think the CC would give her MORE access vs. take away a “Correct” button. Problem solved now, and the right contract is routing because I still had the “Correct” button and could fix it. But we’re trying to figure out why my coworker’s “shared” view would look different than mine just because she was CC’ed on the envelope? That seems very weird.

Dear DocuSign-Community,as my search wasn’t succesful, I’ll try hear and have the following question:I need to get my document signed by either one of both directors.As I don’t know with one I can reach first, I would like to send the document via DocuSign to both to get a signature as soon as possible. Hello, I need support with the Branding template for Docu-sign.For context, I am trying to send out a bunch of letter on behalf of someone else and therefore when sending out these letters I would like to hide my name and email address from the Branding of docusign. I am aware tht this can be done by editing the XLM code, but I am not that technically well verse to figure it out myself. Can someone please provide me a beeter idea on what code shuld be edited to either reomve my name and email or edit to to someone else’s. Thank you.

Is there a way to export all the data contained in my envelope to a CSV file? I mean not just the default data (namely: EnvelopeId, Sender, Envelope Status, Subject, Created, Sent Initial, Last Sent, Completed, Voided, Voided Reason, Declined, Declined Reason, RecipientId, Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Recipient Type, Recipient Routing Order, Recipient Status, Recipient Viewed, Recipient Signed, Recipient Declined, Recipient Declined Reason), but also the custom content of my letter? Multiple Docs signed and then each, but only one, gets sent to a different person

Hello,is it possible to have 100 docs or more and get each of them signed by the same person, lets say a Manager, and once the docs are signed, each of the signed docs get sent to a different employee in the company, but without the other recipients knowing who got a copy. And additionally split the documents so that each recipient only get one of these files(their assigned file), which would be defined in an Excel sheet.The docs are all the same, with small differences, like a serial letter from Word. I have an Excel with Email address of the recipient and the name of their signed file.So one person signs 100 docs. And then 100 people get an Email with their sign document, no other docs, and are not able to see other recipients.Thanks in advance Ute
