Last week all of the docusign documents sent out for signature started coming back as locked PDF’s, asking for a password, when I downloaded them to review and file. Is there a way to change this setting back so they are no longer locked?

The best solution seemed to be to open the PDF with a different PDF viewer (different browser or different app).

I saved it from a different program within C.A.R. forms and was able to save them as unlocked. None of the suggestions I was given worked.
