Unlocking PDF's

Looks like people were having this problem in April.

The best solution seemed to be to open the PDF with a different PDF viewer (different browser or different app).

I saved it from a different program within C.A.R. forms and was able to save them as unlocked. None of the suggestions I was given worked.

I had been having this same issue and what has worked best for me was to open the PDF in microsoft word and then save it as a PDF and then the password is magically removed for some reason.
