No, this is unfortunately not possible. At this point in time custom fields can only be shared with everyone in the account and not with a specific group.
Maybe it’s worth thinking about having different Docusign eSignature accounts for the different departments and only create the custom fields required for each department.

unfortunately, this is not the solution I was looking for. We just have one enterprise account. Multiple accounts within our company would not be useful for us.
I think we will continue with the restriction of shared access to these fields.
