Hi. This is the second time this has happened. Does anyone know how to get a document off of hold that has already started the routing process for signatures? The document automatically went on hold. No delay was selected.

I apologize for the inconvenience. To confirm, the hold that you are referring to is to Add a Delay Between Recipients? Was the envelope created from scratch or was a template used?
Can you provide the envelope ID via a DM?

The situation has not been resolved. The document remains on hold and I have not received any suggested resolutions.

Hi Chris:
Joe from DocuSign support released the hold on the document. Since we had processed off-line instead, I voided it after he released it.
Do you still want the envelope ID? If so, should I send it here?
