We renewed our subscription for 100 enevlopes on Dec 5. We have used 15 only since then. However, we were billed last week for using 15 envelopes seperately. It’s been 6 days and no response from customer service? These kind of practices will ensure customers leave. We have signed up with Adobe already. ….unlimited enevlopes plus use of their DC software for the same price.
