Hello!I am running into an issue with radio buttons becoming unselected.  I have several fillable PDF forms that are completed prior to upload to Docusign which contain radio buttons.  These buttons are selected by staff and don’t require the signer’s inputs.The buttons appear selected during the upload process, while previewing the documents when adding fields, etc.  But suddenly lose their selection when the documents are sent to the signer for signing!We have found a workaround for now to “Print to PDF” before uploading to Docusign, which flattens the values into place but this is an added step for my teams.Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!

Hello, Does anyone know how to reach a real person in customer support?I am trying to change the registered email address on my account and trying and trying and keep getting error messages. Then I try to open a case, and keep getting error messages. Impossible to reach anyone. Everything is just a robot answering me. I am beyond frustrated with this company right now.   

I sent an agreement two weeks ago, but client’s firewall is not letting the DocuSign envelope through. is there a way i can send a direct link in an email from my business email account. thank you

Is it possible to sign a document yourself before sending it?

I need to set a field for a PIN but it needs to be specifically 6 characters.  How do I force a 6 character, numeric limit on a text field?   Thanks to anyone that can help!

Hi all,I’ve got a user who is training others on how to use DocuSign. She is using the test environment found here:https://apps-d.docusign.comAfter she submits the form she never gets an email notification.I successfully logged into the test environment and see her envelope. In production, I usually Resend the envelope and the issue is solved, but in the test environment she does not receive any email, even after I click the resend button for that specific envelope. How can I troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!

Why are completed envelopes still sitting in my inbox, should they not get removed to the completed folder ?

In the new template building with dynamic function.  I would like to have a checkbox for the sender to check (yes, no, etc).  However there is no checkbox for the sender.  Only a checkbox for the recipient to use.  Thoughts?

Hi Everyone,I’ve been testing out DocuSign in trial mode to see whether we can incorporate it into our workflow. However I’m running into issues with the end result when creating an enveloppe.This is the quality of the uploaded pdf into my template: And this is the result I get when I open the final document that has to be signed.As you can see there’s a lot of loss in quality, the same is true for nearly any document (word, pdf) that I upload. Any idea what might be causing this?Obviously I won’t be able to convince our Department Head with such quality so I hope that there’s a way to resolve this issue. 

Could you clarify if there are any limitations or specific configurations required to ensure seamless integration of such PDFs in DocuSign templates and envelopes? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.While uploading a pdf into DocuSign , i would like to ensure all interactive elements retain their functionality within the DocuSign platform   

Dear support,Dear DocuSign community, I am struggling with some new features in DocuSign which I noticed today and for which I need a recommendation or solution:a.  in the past I had 3 options for signing an envelopenow I have 5 (which one to use is now more complex as I have several partners who accept DocuSign but do not have an account) When I initiated the signage process in the past, I could just put my initials on each page of the doc and sign with the SMS → NOW DocuSign asks on each page for 1) the purpose of the initials and 2) the Authentication  (that is wired and exhausting -  please help)     Thank you very much for your support!

If a user enters their badge number in a field, can we set it up to autofill their name, email, dept number, supervisor, etc.?

Do i need docusign license for signing document?i know License is needed to send documents out for signature.

I have created a contract in PDF format.  Every contract is for a different customer.  The contract is partly populated from our database and partly completed with unique information in fillable areas and then saved.  The contract is then uploaded into DocuSign and a template is applied.  For some people this works perfectly, and all the fields are allocated the correct “initial/signature” spots.  In all cases an initial pop-up window appears saying that “Form Fields were found” and once the template is applied, another pop-up appears saying “Template was successfully applied.”  However, once we move to the contract itself, and the window below pops up with the option to “Keep PDF form data” and that is selected, we get a perfect contract, if this window does not pop up the initials/signatures are off to the right and aren’t lined up where they should be.  I cannot find a solution to this problem online.  I have looked at whether it is a difference between using Chrome or Edge and also

I’m trying to download a signed document under my ID.  It asked various security questions, and I apparently failed one of them so when I click on the download arrow next to the document I get the following message:{“errorCode”: “RECIPIENT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED”,”message”:”Recipient has not passed authentication steps.”}I’m trying to find help on resolving this.Thank you so much in advance for the help.’Barbara

Hello DocuSign Community,I am working on a form where I need to capture specific numeric values in a "Score" field based on the radio button (bullet point) selected by the user. Currently, I can only set up rules to show or hide fields based on the selection, but I need to directly populate a number field with a predefined value corresponding to each bullet point selected.Here’s what I’m trying to achieve: Depending on which bullet point the user selects, a corresponding numeric value should automatically fill a separate "Score" field. For example, if Option A is selected, the Score field should automatically be set to 100, Option B to 70, and so forth.The existing rules functionality only allows me to show or hide fields but does not support assigning values directly. Is there a workaround or a method within DocuSign to accomplish this?Thank you for your help!

I was asked to sign a document by someone and one of the questions is asking for my phone number. I don’t understand what format they want me to enter the phone number in. I have tried entering it in normally and with dashes. The sample format they gave me was #, # # #. ##. which makes no sense.
