Hi I am new to using Docusign and have created a template which contains a date field but when I preview it appears in the American format and not the UK format of DD/MM/YYYY. I have changed the Regional settings to UK and the time zone but it is still appearing as MM/DD/YYYY. Is there somewhere I can change this permanently please.

What does your settings say here? It’s right below the Regional Settings.

Both fields are set to Account default. I’ve changed the date field in the template to ‘text’ so will see if that works. Many thanks

Try creating a quick envelope or re-deploying the existing template if it does not work after you make these changes.
