That’s so interesting to see the routing options with emoji. Can you tell how did you achieve it? is it though c#?

The choice step supports adding the emoji to the option text. C# does support emoji as well, however, the support to string literals is not consistent between UAT and PROD so make sure to use the legacy string concatenation approach when working with C#. 

I have a shameless ask of you - please upvote my recommendation to docusign to upgrade our ability to inject custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into the Shadow DOM so we can customize the Document Preview screen. It truly is hurting adoption of users in being able to better understand the CLM.
