I’m trying to figure out how to have a custom Link to next step process (Expression builder?) to take the user back to a specific document that has a pending task assigned to it.  Here’s my current high level process:I have a Master Document that gets generated with a task to do something.  In order for the user to complete the task there need to be supplemental documents submitted.  I have a totally different “intake workflow” built to kick off a User Task to review incoming documents. This Workflow finds the Master document and relates the supplemental documents upon arrival.  I’d like for that separate workflow to redirect the the User to the Master Document task screen.   Current outcome. Dear All, could you help me?When I created a new envelope because I want to collect all signature of a new contract, I set all recipients including all info and messages, order of the signatures ecc.What I can do if I have an attached 1 page pdf document which is linked to the contract, BUT I want to show ONLY for 1 or 2 signers (and definitly not for all).How I can insert additional pdf file which is available ONLY for the pre-set signer and hidden for the other signers?Thanks for your help! I typically send a document to be signed on behalf of someone. I would like that person to receive notifications if the signer has viewed the document. Is that possible?

Hi,I need assistance with an issue regarding the bulk send function. I sent an envelope to approximately 180 people, but the majority claim they never received it. However, the history shows that the envelopes were delivered on the day they were sent. Last week, I was asked to resend the envelope to these users, and some even show as having viewed the envelopes. The managers believe it might be a glitch with DocuSign, but I don't understand how the system can indicate delivery if the recipients didn't receive it. They have all checked their junk folders, and the email addresses are correct.Thanks

I am trying to generate a URL to embed a document signature on my website. The URL is embedding successfully, but the problem is that my document template has two roles: "admin" and "user." I want to generate the URL for the "user" role. However, sometimes the generated URL shows the signature area for the admin role, and other times it shows no option to upload or add a signature. I have researched the issue and found a suggestion to check the recipient ID. I checked the recipient ID for the envelope ID "". I’d like to create an template with seven external Signers (no DocuSign-Account) where only one out of this seven has to sign the documents. The signature should be placed on the same place on several pages. Are there any suggestions for me, how i can proceed. We are currently using DocuSign with the web-interface.

HelloI have a partially signed document.2 out of 4 have signed I would like to make changes in the doc, in the means that the 2 remaining ones need to also sign at an additional place where the 2 that already have signed added there an extra signature. If I go into editing, correction mode, I could do that but Im afraid if such changes would trigger that the 2 that already have signed, will receive the document again to repeat and sign again?Can someone confirm if I do not make changes applied to the 2 users that have already signed, that the other changes wont trigger them to sign again. Many thanks 

While fetching complete document after sign completion of document through docusign , I am not getting correct form of document, it’s content type is HTML, as well it was working fine in sandbox account, when i fetch document using Api, it appears to be in PDF format, now this is creating issue in production account.Error says: You need to enable JavaScript to run this app. and environment :”NAPROD” in  html 

We have created a flow where a signer needs to sign with witness.  The witness needs to be a legal adviser.  We have had one person sign and allocate incorrectly and so their witness has declined.  The envelope has now disappeared and I can only see it in my sent items - I want to allow the individual to send to a new witness - how can we do this if it no longer exists and why has it ceased to exist?!

Hello, I am a DocuSign administrator and I have the ability to transfer draft envelopes of mine to other users within the same account.  I went and transferred 30+ of my drafts to another user within my account a couple hours ago and they can not see it. I transferred over a single draft envelope and they saw it within minutes.  I looked in my deleted and its not there and i looked in their deleted and its not there. Is this a timing issue where it takes time to transfer ownership? If not can this be recovered? It took a couple days to make these drafts and do not want to delay this project by remaking envelopes. 

Hi,I’ve been having an error message while trying to sign a document that was sent to me. this has been lasting since last week. I have tried opening the document in another browser and I<m still getting the same error. I have tried on my phone and I’m getting the same error. here is a screen shot  

I’ve been trying to straighten out an invoice for a week.  DocuSign suspended our account today.  I called the guy put me on hold and that was over 40 minutes ago.Terrible customer support!!!! Maybe Sharefile wants our e-signing business. 

We have implemented DocuSign and want to start implementing DocuSign with Human Resources department. It is important to create a subgroup for the confidentiality of the documents and they need to share documents inside this subgroup (or via a Goggle Drive if possible). As you can see, when brining it into DocuSign the, label covers the Drop Down as well as the adjacent form field.Is there a way for me to style this so as not to have this issue?Thanks in advance.

I’m in the middle of creating multiple Envelope Templates, each with multiple documents. Within each envelope some of the documents are .docx format and others are .pdf. I saved and closed the first Envelope Template then opened the 2nd Envelope Template which already had 3 .docx files in it. I clicked to add a PDF document when I suddenly got a message saying “New editor only supports DOCX files” (see screenshot below). What is going on?? I just added a PDF to the first Envelope Template not even 2 minutes ago!  I’m not building a document, just adding documents to an Envelope Template and adding signing fields to those documents. I’m new to Docusign and am using it for basic eSignature stuff, like sending contracts to clients for signature. Thank you in advance for any help!! UPDATE -- I removed the 3 .docx files that were already in the 2nd Envelope Template and then was able to successfully add the PDF to that template. Can someone please explain what is going on and why

Can anyone help with setting up Dynamic Template, please? The only suggested related topic is not very good. 

We are using Conga templates to generate Docusign envelope in Salesforce. We successfully applied document custom fields in Conga template using Autoplace Text/”Anchor Tags”. The last thing we need is to setup conditional field rules as per this article (see also image below). However, so far we can add the rules manually. Is there any way to somewhat “save” these rules in Docusign so that those are automatically applied to custom fields? Note that I also plan to ask this on Conga side. Thanks!

I am a third party who is not the DocuSign envelope creator or sender, and I am not a signer of the document, but I am viewing a document that has multiple valid electronic signatures, each of which were applied via the DocuSign system. The document does not have the DocuSign Certificate of Completion appended to it. The author of the document has manually created signature fields for the signers, and the DocuSign system has applied, during the DocuSign process, the DocuSign Envelope ID number visible in the upper left corner of each page and the DocuSign signature manifestations visible in the signature fields of the document.Without the DocuSign Certificate of Completion, is there any way that I can find out from the information that the DocuSign system has created during the signing process, not from the document’s author, the identity of each individual signer and the date of each signature as recorded or generated by the DocuSign system without my having to ask another p

Hi, Last May, I have received a document to my email and signed the same. However today, when I try to login with that email docusign said I don’t have any account with that email address. So I created a free account with that emai and logged in. But I could not see any documents in that login. How to get my signed document?

After I have activated my webform and have co-workers fill them out, I am not able to individually see the results. The only way I can see answers to my webform is through the downloaded sheets which does not allow for each reply to have its one PDF. Also, I do not get notifications on when my form has been answered. There is no data in my reports, inbox, or form that suggests I have responses. Where do I find the results and download each one separately?

I have created a template with multiple comment fields. When I upload multiple documents to the template, the comments are not saving distinctly. If I make a comment on document 1 comment field one it will save but when I make a comment in document 2 comment field one the initial comment is then overwritten with the new comment. Is there a way to make each comment field distinct from another? 

I’ve been sent documents to sign and twice failed the security questions (and therefore cannot sign) because they are not accurate. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve notified the sender of the documents but this is super frustrating. Is this a credit history issue? Where do they get their data? Examples:1.Asking me what other names I have ever gone by. None of the options were accurate. One was a misspelling of my legal first name and I’m guessing that’s what it wanted me to pick.2 Asking my college major. My major was not listed. However, “Humanities” was and I’m guessing that was what the system wanted me to pick.
