Is it possible to trigger agreement rules on already created packages? There are a set of completed packages that I would like to sync to google drive.

delegated signer question

I see that you can’t retroactively set up a Delegated Signer - a person can only set that up from today forward. What happens if a person sets up Delegated Signer after the envelope has been sent, but before it’s been signed? Will the Delegated Signer option kick in and the Delegated Signer be notified when the next Reminder to sign is sent?

When “Allow recipients to create a Docusign account” is set to TRUE, and a recipient creates a DocuSign account, does it use my licenses or create a free DocuSign account for the recipient?

Getting requests to sign a document that is not mine

I keep getting requests from docusign to sign a document that was not meant for me. I cannot decline to sign it since it asks for SMS verification that I am the correct person trying to sign the document. Does anyone have any advice for me to stop getting these notifications? I use docusign so I don’t want to report these emails as spam.

How can i Bulk import of all Attributes fields into a newly created Group with Dynamic Drop Down from a Previous group that had some configuration error. Keep in mind i work around by export the attributes first in CSV  then import them to a newly created group but i need all the attributes and fields same. All this is in CLM. Any help would be Appreciated.

Failed to authorize with Signer Held Certificate / recognize Docusign PKI

Hi, for a while now we have troubles executing QES. In Chrome and Edge, the process fails after we put the PIN of the token with the error There was an unexpected fault.Firefox on the other hand is not even able to recognize PKI Software installed no matter what we do. Might be solved by manually importing security module for Docusign PKI but cannot figure out how. (We already tried proposal https://community.docusign.com/esignature-111/browser-doesn-t-recognize-docusign-pki-software-is-installed-4084   and it did not help) I have found something in the logs that might be useful for someone:101 - 31/10/2024 08:55:49:196 [Logger] Checking error class java.security.ProviderException102 - 31/10/2024 08:55:49:196 [Logger] Unexpected exception during signing. Hello, I have a user that I am helping saying that her envelope that was set to expire in 60 days, expired sooner than that, within two days. What can cause that and how can we resolve this, thank you.

Specifying Custom Text Box Size with Tags in DocuSign Word Documents

I would like to know if it is possible to specify the size of a text box for a custom field using the tag added in a Word document in DocuSign, such as \text_1\. If so, what is the correct syntax to specify the dimensions (width and height) directly within the tag?Thank you for your assistance.

Error - not able to esign docs we send out

I  have used Docusign for several years and had no problems. Most docs I send out require me to also esign. But this week - I am not able to esign - after clicking SIGN NOW. It appears to start but then the screen either goes blank or today I receive “An Error has Occurred” message.Any idea what is causing the problem?I cannot seem to locate a Support #.ThanksWR

Renaming "Start" navigation button in embedded signing via resource file

Hello,I’m trying to rename the “Start” navigation button: However, I can’t find the correct field name in the resource file. “DocuSign_BeginSigning” doesn’t do the trick. I didn’t find anything in the  Resource File Guide. It works well for other buttons like “DocuSign_NavNext”, so there shouldn’t be an issue with the resource file itself.  Can anyone provide the correct setting for the resource file?Thanks in advance!

Adjust position of signature

Hey,I’ve sent a document for signing, but for some reason one of the signatures has shifted to the right a bit, and now it is overlapped with some text which makes it hard to read.How can I adjust the location of the signature? If this is not possible how do adjust the box position and resent it for signing again?According to this:https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301&bundleId=oeq1643226594604&topicId=ztq1578456332318.html&_LANG=enus I should have a correct option, but I don’t see it in the menu:What can I do?

Pre-fill options missing

Hi - hope someone can help.I’ve just purchased the eSignature Real Estate plan, and I’m trying to set up some templates.Pre-fill options are completely missing from the place fields bar.  It says my plan should include this.  Any ideas as to how I can get these?​​​​​​​Thanks

HELP IT NEEDS TO LOOK at Ticket details

Hi all, good to connect. One of my recipients says the link is not working and hasn’t signed any of the documents I’ve sent. The order is start - three recipients to sign in any order - complete. Am I doing something wrong?   Lisa

Cant Login Even on Different Devices

I am trying to login to my work DocuSign account, my supervisor reset the password and it works for them but not for me. Tried copy pasting, copy pasting plain text,  tried typing, tried different browsers, tried different wifi, tried mobile device, nothing seems to work. First I thought it was my browser but that doesn't seem to be the case.  There are no Microsoft credentials for DocuSign, and I've also cleared my cache and even reinstalled the browser fresh along with others.It tells me invalid email / password each time What could be the cause and how can I fix?I'm aware there is a lockout after 6 attempts so it just makes solving this all the more time consuming. I couldn't find anything exactly like this. Is this perhaps an encoding issue? Its persisting across different devices.I even reset the pass on my personal account as a test and that worked fine so it seems that it's just this account Any help is greatly appreciated. I used to be logged into this account and use it before

CLM Viewer Prermission Profile

We are using Parties, and we need our Project Managers the ability view contracts for assigned Groups.  Currently, the only menu option is “Documents”.  Are Parties not an option for the Viewer Permission Profile?  Is there a way to add the Parties menu to the Viewer profile?

How do I delete an old account when I no longer have that email or phone number

I have an old docusign account from when I worked for a real estate company that used it - now I no longer have that email (tied to the company) or the phone number I had then - but my credit card company is trying to send me something via docusign and it keeps going to the old account I had - not the new one I have made since then.  I called the credit card company - they say it is a docusign issue - but there is no support on here whatsoever.  I can’t really cancel my old account without those tools - and don’t know how to tell it to use my new account.  Any ideas??

Access to Security and Trust Assurance page

I’m working with a very small new company that needs to see ISO 27001 and SOC 2 reports for the context of using the Part 11 option. Our MSP (managed IT service provider) has attempted to contact DocuSign support to get access to the STAP package, and has not been successful. We attempted to register on https://www.docusign.com/trust/stap but that just collects info for marketing purposes, it appears.  The Trust Portal access https://www.docusign.com/trust/trust-portal does not seem to be available either.I even looked at the old (now expired ISO27001 certificate from a previous company I worked with and attempted to lookup DocuSign on https://www.schellman.com/certificate-directory - but apparently DocuSign no longer uses Schellman as their certifier(?) They do not show up in a search.This has been going on for weeks - what can we do to get a copy?

Support is THE WORST

Been going back and forth for a week with support to try and get a simple answer to a question.  They won’t call, I can’t call them..they continue to send links that do not work.  I am beyond frustrated and ready to cancel my subscription with them.  Nothing should be this difficult to get help with a problem or a question resolved. Linda Sewell

How to Access and Download All Historical Envelopes in My Docusign Subscription?

Is it possible to view and download all envelopes that have ever been created under my subscription? I am the administrator of the account and primary user. I opened the account in 2019, however when viewing all envelopes they only go back to 2022. Additionally, I do not have a retention policy enabled.

Edit a document after it has been signed

How can I edit a document after it has been signed?There is a small typo on a date (wrong year) in which all parties agree upon.I don’t want to have to do a variation for a simple error.I don’t have a “Manage” tab at the top of my account. Thanks
