I have changed the custom branding of my account while the account was without subscription. Now I bought the standard plan and it is impossible to change or remove the custom branding. Does anyone have an idea what to do?

It sounds like you made changes to an area within Docusign eSignature that you no longer have access to? In that case, please reach out to the Docusign Support and request the branding to be reset to default.
