Our account was locked out, which I found strange, and so looking into it I found that for at least the last six months we have been charged three times a month?! Now, trying to talk to DocuSign to rectify the problem, we run into an error when trying to log into the support portal. This is beyond incompetent! Has any else been overcharged, and how was the problem rectified?
