How do you send a document that needs to be filled out and signed the client

I would like to send disclosures to be filled out and signed to a client. I do not seem to know how to set it up

Hello

 

I know how to send an envelope and how to put on signatures. I would like to learn on how to send a document that NEED TO BE FILLED OUT BY THE RECEIVER. how to set up the document tool so the receiver can answer questions and fill out forms.

How do you set up Real Estate disclosures in docusign that will allow the seller to fill out the questionnaire?.I already know how to send an envelope and get signatures.

I understand you already have knowledge of sending envelopes. Please provide more context or details on what you’d like to achieve. Would you like to add fields like radio button for the seller to select answers to each question?

Additionally, you are welcome to open a support case and request a phone call, so that technical support can assist you through screensharing.

To open a support case and request a phone call, in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case.” Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject.
