Conditional Recipient Based on 1st Signer Input

I hope I am making sense, and it’s probably somewhere but unable to find exactly. Is there a way to send a document for completion based on first signer inputting 2nd signer’s email address? Basically i know who the first signer will be, but that person will know who the second signer will be. Is there a way to set it up so that i send to the first signer and 1st signer inputs 2nd signer’s email within the document, and then once submitted, goes to that person to complete/sign?
