Dear community,
today we noticed that for some colleagues it is possible to add a second signature in their account with the same name and for others not. For the latter, the system only offers the option of replacing the existing signature.
All colleagues have the same authorizations and work with the same DocuSign license (volume account).
In our test system, it is possible for all colleagues to add additional signatures to their own user without any problems.
I have compared all user authorizations in the test and live system and they are identical.
What could be the reason for this?
