We want the CC'd recipients to see the message content that is sent to the signer.  How do we add the message in a way that all parties that receive a copy of the DocuSign envelope see everything including the message?

How do I get a report of users and the last time they sent an envelope? When I download the user report it only has the user created date.

Once the document is signed (say by 3 parties) does everyone receive a copy of the executed item or just the one initiating the document?

Hi, I want to add an additional field that will be another date (in the future) to a field that is 30, 60 or 90 days in the future. I'm thinking it is =TODAY+60 but I cannot get it to work in a text field as part of the conditional formatting or rules. I know there is some sort of logic for a role but cannot seem to figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I'm trying out DocuSign for the first time, to expedite the signing of an agreement that will require four signatures. Instructions on the website show an example with a single signature, but it's not clear to me how each of the four parties to the agreement will end up with a copy with all four signatures. Does everyone have to have a DocuSign account to make this work? Thanks in advance!

We like to secure our envelopes by using the access code. I want to change the default message users see when prompted for the access. For that, I modified the following tags in the XML resource file: name="ActivationSec_AccessCodeMsgDefault" name="ActivationSec_AccessCodeMsgDefault_Mobile" however, this had no effect on the message shown to the signer. I searched the file for other tags, but I can't find the default message anywhere else. Does anybody know which other tags should be modified? Thank you

We are currently using DocuSign successfully, however, some clients like to print out the template, fill it out with a pen and send it back.  Is there any way that DocuSign can "read" the handwriting from an uploaded scan and fill in the template digitally AND include the customer's pen signature?

Hello DocuSign Community, As my first contact with DocuSign i got a link from my new employer to sign in. After all in all 3x different links and many tries on different browsers the result is always the same: While open the link i get an error from DocuSign that my session is ended cause of inactivity. Where might be the fault?

We have usually put initials on every page of a contract to make sure that our suppliers reviewed every single page. Now with DocuSign, it is a very time-consuming way to put the placeholder for initials on every page of the contract which could include a huge number of pages. Is there a way to tell DocuSign, that the placeholder for initials have to be placed on EVERY page when I am preparing the document to send it to the request for signature?

I signed a document but shouldn't have.  Can I recall my signature?

I'm trying to set up my account and I added a template but I can't seem to figure out how to auto-populate my signature on the form that I'm sending a customer to sign.

I get back signatures that are either very small or so large that they obscure other fields. If I select the "Sign a Document" option on the main DocuSign page, I can adjust my signature size just fine. If I am sent a document to sign, I cannot. When I am setting the signature field, I can make it smaller, but not bigger.  I am not using scanned documents, so there shouldn't be a problem with the resolution.  Is there a way to fix this? Please advise. Thank you.

Hi, I'm new to DocuSign, loving the premise of it, but not wanting to create additional work.  I'll list my proposed idea to show what I am wanting to do, but am open to achieving the same results with a different method.What I want to do: I want to send to ~100 users every 3-4 weeks, each with a unique template, but don't want to send 100 different envelopes, I'd rather assign (via CSV or whatever) who gets what template and send all at once.  It's easy enough for me to get the list to send to, and look up to assign template names, etc. for each record.Is this possible in DocuSign?  I couldn't find anything remotely close when messing around with sending documents and couldn't find anything in the community about doing this.Thanks in advance! 

Hello, This is my first time using DocuSign. I have sent a release form to 15 recipients. I have received it so far from 2 but when I look at the document, both signatures and name fields are overlapped meaning I can see both signatures and names on top of one another. I've obviously screwed up something when setting up the form but not sure what I've done. Has anyone else had this experience or anyone able to assist? 

I uploaded a document and created all of the fields.  I marked that the Sender (Mandatory) complete specific fields.   When I test it, it only requires that I put the individuals to send it to and then sends it.  What step am I missing to make sure the document is filled out before being sent?

Hi, Everyone, how do you allow a signer to delegate signing to someone else? I cannot locate, nor recall what this feature/setting is called. Example: I send a doc for signature to the person I believe is the correct signer. However, the signer receives the request and needs to push to another authorized signer. Thanks for the help!

Is it possible to create a document for signature using a URL link rather than sending it to someone in an email? I want to incorporate the document/link into an existing registration form for an event.

I need to send 3 documents to someone, with a signature block on each document, but they are only allowed to sign one.  Is there a way to void the other two signature blocks once they choose to sign one? Thanks!

When I try to use the function to have the client sign the document...it is TINY? What happened? I also want to add text...but the text box is also Tiny and I can't type any text into the box??

In a radio button group I need to make two fields conditional following the single radio button selection. The new experience settings for radio button groups make this difficult to figure out. This is for a contract template where you have to select one of seven options and then provide two additional pieces of information about the selection that you made. This functionality was great in the previous verison of Docu-Sign. Please help!

I would like documents to appear as though they come from the company, not specifically from me. Is there a way to hide my name and/or email and replace it with the company name instead?

We are working on a solution that will get a mobile phone number from the user and pass it to DocuSign for sending an SMS validation code to. We would like to enforce the validation for the phone number, but I haven't been able to find any documentation on what the acceptable phone number formats are for DocuSign (e.g. with parentheses or not, dashes or not, country code or not etc).  Does anyone know where this information exists?
