I have a folder with a little over 40 signed documents I need to share with someone. Is there a way to *send* or *share* the folder so I don't have to forward each document one by one? 

Hi, do you know if its possible to get notified when say one person signs when there are 3 people required to sign? At present we will get an email once all signers have signed the documents. Can you find out as soon as each person has or it has to wait for all 3 to sign before we get notified?

Can you advise if an Administrator can change the Text name of the person receiving and signing the document? For example: change the first name from Bob to Robert. Can the admin. for DocuSign update the first name or does the person receiving the document to sign have to update their name. Thank you

Hi, I regard my contract as entered on the date the last person signed the contract. I would like to have this date in my documents. I guess it's the same as the completion date. How can I include a "dynamic" completion date field/tab in my document? I don't want to add dates for each signature, just 1 date for completion (i.e. last signature).

Dear community,The Envelope Originator address displayed in the first section of the Certificate of Completion is not the one displayed in the user account. How can we modify this address? We have different offices with different addresses.Regards.

I have a document that will go to multiple recipients however only one of those recipients need to sign and once they do I want the envelope to show complete. Is there a way I can do this? 

When I create a document and fill out all the information and then complete and send it to be signed all the information I entered is gone or part of the information is missing?  When I go back and preview it the info is there but after I email it it is all gone.

The instructions I was given included this: NOTE: When you are prompted to sign the document, please click "Review Documents" and NOT "Sign on paper". "Review Documents" allows us to collect the documents electronically rather than by fax. But as far as I can tell the only thing I can do with the document is to sign it.  Any idea what I'm supposed to do? I'm using the web app in Chrome.  The specific sub-domain is na2.docusign.net (NOTE: I've been unable to get hold of the person who gave me the above instructions, so I can't ask for any clarification).

Hi, we are looking to adopt DocuSign in our finance teams but many of the documents that we currently use are in Excel with pre-populated formulas. We can see that there is a formula button but can't work out how to add a formula. I'd really appreciate some advice from someone who has experience of this, please? Many thanks in advance

For attachments, is the "collaborative" option available?  I have a form in which I'd like the option to have either one of the 2 recipients attach the file being requested. Thanks for your help!

Myt use: I upload documents, create templates, and then share those templates with my team who, ultimately, sends them out to signers for signatures. My team has two types of signers that they send documents to: "Type A" & "Type B" signers. I created a template for a very long and complex document, "Template 1" that both Type A & Type B signers must receive. However, in addition to Template 1, Type B signers must also receive another document which I have already created a template for: "Template 2." Simply, Type A=1 and Type B=1+2.  To ensure that Type B signers always receive 1 & 2, and rather than having my team individually add each of the templates to a new envelope, I was going to create a new envelope, add Template 1 & Template 2 to that envelope, and then save that envelope as a new template called, "Template 3." Can't seem to figure this out. I'd like any doc we send out to auto-save to our google drive. I've linked our google drive account to docusign, and I've found that there should be some way to change file save location and file name before you send a doc, but when I go to use a template I don't get any of those options. I'd love to set it up so that any doc marked completed will save to drive. If there's no way to do that, is there a way to export completed docs to google drive from the completed docs section of the inbox?

Does anyone have a good document that explains the IDR Zone in Template setup?  I'm trying to use it but with little success.  I used a Word document (named PSA) to create a template.  The PSA Word document has a footer in it with the document name, which is static.  On the PSA template, I used the IDR zone to select this footer information for matching.  To test this, I go to send an envelope and add documents to the envelope.  I upload the same PSA Word document I used to create the PSA template.  With the IDR zone set on the footer document name, I don't get any matches.  If I remove the IDR zone ompletely (so that matching defaults to the first 25 words and last 25 words) and upload the same PSA Word document again, I get the matching templates selection screen.  I've tried putting the IDR zone on other parts of the template, again do send an envelope and upload that same PSA Word document, and it fails to match a template.  The only time it works is when there's

Currently the failed notification email that gets sent out to the receiver when the access code has been entered invalid more than 3 times has verbiage on the bottom that is generated by DocuSign and includes an "envelope ID" number that the member can use to enter into a DocuSign account (if the member is already signed up for one". Along with this email notification, we have included our orgs own verbiage stating the requirements of the access code however our members are thinking that the "envelope ID" number shown on the bottom of the email is the access code. Is there a way that the verbiage can be modified?

All, One of our users noticed the "Markup History" on the bottom of one of their completed emails while testing. It is believed that this will confuse the users, if they see it in the email. Is there a way that this can be removed from the emails? I searched the Signing and Email resource files in their brand for "Markup History", but came up with nothing. Thanks in advance!!

Hello. Along with the completed DocuSign info/signature, I am attempting to collect a photo.  I know how to add the attachment field but the issue I am having is that the photo attachment is returned with the Docusign Envelope ID inserted along the top.  This makes the photo unusable for our company.  Is it possible to prevent the Envelope ID from being added to photo attachments? I received a document executed via DocuSign by a 3rd party. I suspect that the document was signed after the deadline for signing had passed. Is there a way I can check the time when it was actually signed by the 3rd party? If so how do it do that? Thanks!

How does a non-member (recipient without an account) sign a document?

What is the best way to deal with envelopes where the signer has printed a copy of the document and returned it to you hard copy, but not "finished" the envelope? We don't want to have to go back to the signer for anything after they have handled signing the document. Voiding sends them a notification, which causes confusion that what they hard-copy signed has been voided. Deleting also contacts them and does the same thing. How is best to close out those open envelopes when you have the signature you need, just not within DocuSign? Thank you!

Is it possible to save a template with the fields? (such as signature placement, textboxes, etc). It's very time consuming to have to add all the required fields to my contracts every single time.

Hello, When sending an envelope in DocuSign, we have users that are signature required and other users who are CC only. When the email pops up in their inbox, the subject line reads "Please DocuSign: example form name" for both kinds of users - those whose signature is required as well as users who do not need to sign the document and are CC only. Is there a way to change the subject line in the email notification to let the CC users know they are simply CC'ed and do not need to sign? Thank you!
