Do you have your own DocuSign account? If not, the Time Zone configured by the sender's account is what will control the date and time stamp on documents you sign. You can get a (https://www.docusign.com/esignature/free-online-document-signer) free DocuSign account to sign documents and keep a copy of everything you sign in one place. You can manage the account settings to set your local time zone which will then apply to documents you receive and sign.

Michael

Can someone please reach out - the time stamp on my DocuSign docs is (PST) I am in Texas (CST)

when signing a document this morning it was 11:03 AM in Tx and the stamped time on my signature was 8:55 AM PST who do I call? to get this corrected.

Thank you

If you do not have a DocuSign account, the signature time zone is controlled by the sender's account.

If you have a DocuSign account:

  1. Login
  2. Click the profile picture in the top right corner and select My Preferences
  3. Choose Regional Settings on the left side navigation
  4. Set your personal time zone (if enabled by the account admin)

If this feature is not enabled, your Account Admin has set an account-wide time zone and not allowed users to set their own personal value. You may want to ask the Account Admin to enable that feature if users are spread across multiple time zones.
