Sending Completed Form to Multiple Emails

Question

Hi! I am currently the DocuSign plan holder, as it should be, and it is linked with my Wufoo account. When I have my clients sign a completed Wufoo form via DocuSign is there a way to email that forms to several other email addresses once it is signed and completed to avoid me having to manually forward the completed document?

Hi,I'm not familiar with Wufoo or how it built the integration to DocuSign, but DocuSign has the ability to send a copy of completed documents to other non-signers.The workflow defined in a template or envelope can include any number of recipients. You identify each as Needs to Sign or Receives a Copy. The latter do no have any action to take, they just get a copy of the document. If you place them inorder after the Signers, then they receive a Completed notification from DocuSign once the document is signed and can view that completed document.You'll probably need to research more on the Wufoo side what DocuSign functionality they included in their integration.Regards,Michael
