For the past few days and more then 8 hours of phone calls between the sender, docusign, and lexisnexis I am still where I started at. I am beyond frustrated! I am trying to sign a loan document that requires me to pass the security questions. The first screen is the ID check which goes to an error message "unable to find your name in the public information database" - I called lexisnexis to verify that they can access my information and that the information I am entering is is exactly the same as what they have. They state all is well on their end. I called docusign, spoke with 2 tier operators twice - had my sender on a 3 way - shared my screen and nothing. Docusign says ask the sender to remove the security - sender requires it and will not remove it. Lexisnexis states no problem on their end and docusign states it is lexisnexis. I can never get past the ID check! There has to be a way to resolve this. From reading the questions, this problem has happened bef

I need to create an attributed calendar (date) field that must be automatically filled when the user fill in the "Effective date of Contract" attribute field and a "terms" field that contains ammounts o months duration (i.e 30, 60, 90 months...)I haven't found any way to acomplish this, I've tryed with Smart Rules or Workflows, but those features didn't calculate the final value (initial date + terms = final expiration daet) in real time ( when the user is manually fillin in the attributes values).

In the 'Send for external review' step, the document section seems to be only allowing 1 document to be selected. How do I select more than 1 document ? I chose the 'Use a Variable' and I can only select 1 document variable, but I need to be able to select 3 document variables for the external user to review and sign, if anyone has tried it successfully please let me know ? thanks ! how do delete a signature field box mistakenly added in?

the only way I know if there is a new document completed is if I keep track of the number next to "Completed" or by email notification but it never goes to "Action Required". Is there a way to fix this? No one else I've asked has seen this problem before.

I am interested in having 2 groups the can review and sign the same envelope (set of documents) independently of each other, with signing order within each group. Then once both groups have completed their review and signatures, it will be merged and flow to a leadership review with a set signing order.

I am a sender drafting an agreement template that requires name and date fields within sentences. This template is being used for bulk sending.Is it possible to have fields move text as they expand? I have a formal name that I rarely sign and I accidentally signed my usual shortened name.
