Can I white out a part of the document to add a text field over the empty space?

When the signer signs I do not want the bracket included. I know there is a way to remove it but cannot find it again on new account. Thanks!

We recently found out that if someone receives a DocuSign email to sign a document, they can forward that email to someone else and that person who they forwarded it to can sign for them in the original recipient's spot and the original recipient's name will show up. Is this a configuration setting or a defect? Why is someone else able to sign for them and have their name show up even though they didn't sign?

I want to provide custom information to a bulk list of recipients. I can put the bulk information into the CSV file but how do I identify the information in the template?i.e. I want to provide a specific sequences of number but this sequences varies from recipient to recipient. How do I take the base template and create a form which varies this info or can I do it from the template?

I need to get two signatures on a document. The first is the signer. The second is the witness. I know the identity of the signer so can send the envelope to the signer but the witness is not known to me at the time of sending the envelope as the signer can assign anyone to be their witness. Is it possible to send the envelope to the signer (as we have her details) let her sign it and then let her enter the witness details and route/send the envelope to the witness for signing?  I hoped “Signer reassign” would work but this only allows the signer to reassign it to someone else without the signer signing it themselves first.

I am the admin and want to make it mandatory for all our users to enable multi factor authentication (two-step verification). I can only find a support article on how users can enable this on their account but nothing on how an admin can default this to be enabled for all user accounts. We do not want to let users have this featured disabled on their account.

Almost every time I have CC'd someone to receive a copy of a document, they reply to me with an email along the lines of "Wasn't this supposed to be sent to X?" My boss was actually pretty upset once because he thought I had messed up who was supposed to sign an important document.It's confusing to the non-signing recipient when their first email from Docusign is the unsigned copy and I am tired of explaining that the 3rd (1st is the unsigned, then the notification that it was "viewed", and finally the signed copy) email from Docusign will be the actual signed document.Any way I can edit notifications so when I CC someone to receive a copy, they only receive an email when the document is actually signed?Thanks,

​We have a rather unusual situation where we need to email completed documents to government agencies after signing, and the signed documents must also be password protected prior to emailing since they contain confidential information. We have found we cannot password protect an already-completed DocuSigned pdf. We also can't add the government agency recipient as a "receives a copy" when the envelope is routed for signature since there are additional documents outside of DocuSign that need to be submitted along with the completed envelope. Can anyone suggest a way to securely forward an envelope to a third party after completion?

​I have sent 2 docusign envelopes but the recipients never received them.On my end, it looks like all the required fields have been entered.

I am creating a template that is go to go to multiple signers (employees). The document should not go to each recipient in order, but each signer has their own document. They also need to fill in two fields on the document, but those fields should not be seen by the other recipients (they are unique to each employee).
