When I send a contract to someone and CC others to receive a signed copy, the CC'ed recipients can't see in the docusign email who the contract was sent to, their CC'ed status, or who else was cc'ed on the email. Normally, emails show this information at the very top of the message. How do you change the docusign email so all parties can see that this contract was sent to Person A, and Persons B, C, and D are just a CC? This is causing major confusion at my company.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

The "TO" will always show the recipient's name and email, regardless if they are signers or Carbon Copy, as they receive individual emails of the same envelope, the same goes with the completed documents.

In other words, DocuSign does not send one email and add all recipients to that one email as a person would do, but instead sends individual emails of the same document to the recipients therefore no CC field at the top will appear as the email is directed to only one of the recipients, this can not be changed as this is how the application was developed to send out the emails, however, if the recipients need to view who was CC'ed on the document, they can view this by looking at the Certificate of Completion.
