Where would one find the the Certificate of completion, when downloading a signed document and selecting the the option “combine all PDFs into one file", it was not attached to the PDF and we can't find it.

You can find the Certificate of Completion by downloading it separately or combined, however, to download it as combined there is a feature that the admin would need to enable, they would need to go to Settings > Signing Settings > and enable the option "Attach certificate of completion to envelope": https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=fur1583277359739.html&_LANG=enus
