Is there a way to receive completed documents from the user in separate pdf documents? We currently have 5-7 pdf documents in one power form, and when we received completed documents, we would like to have all pdf documents separate rather than combined.

Would you mean, to receive them in your account as separate PDFs or via email?

If it is in your account, unfortunately, it is not, however, they could be downloaded as separate PDFs by selecting "Download as PDF": https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=fsk1642969066834&topicId=ksm1576610038688.html&_LANG=enus

Sometimes at the bottom of the email confirmation of a completed document, we receive documents in combined PDF form, but we would like them separate for downloading purposes.

On the screenshot-image is how we would like the completed forms to come through. Recently they are coming in either not at all or all in one combined PDF.

When the documents are less the 5 MB they are usually attached as separate PDFs, however, when they are bigger than 5 MB they are either combined or not attached at all, unfortunately, this is something that can not be changed: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Why-are-documents-not-attached-to-the-Completed-email-notification
