What does Auto Responded mean?  I recieved a notification of bad e-address and corrected the address but I don't think it was re-sent to the correct address.

I recently sent several questionnaires to a couple of clients. Some of the forms were assigned to both of them, one was assigned solely to Client A, and four were assigned to Client B.Client A completed and signed all forms assigned to him. Client B completed 3 of the 4 forms assigned to her. She answered only a few items on the 4th questionnaire, and then exited DocuSign without signing any of the forms she had completed. She then let me know that the 4th questionnaire did not apply to her. How do I edit/change the field name in a template?

Hi everyone.  I am curious how long it takes your teams to implement new esignature use cases?  How big are you teams that support your docusign integrations?

By mistake I changed the color of some fields in my DocuSign account and now I can’t read these fields anymore because its black on dark blue. But I can’t find the option anymore to change it back.For example if I click on ‘Manage’ the field ‘start now’ is in these colours. Or also if I am creating an envelope the ‘next’-button is unreadable. The same is happening also on the page before you send of an envelope with the ‘send’ button. Please help me on how to fix this problem. Thank you! 

Is it possible via DocuSign and how can I optimize this workflow?:I am creating several documents to be signed by the company director and various employees. For each employee, the document includes different information; thus, the document for each employee is unique.As of now, I am making separate envelopes for each employee and sending them for signature. The issue is that the director receives a lot of separate emails from DocuSign to sign various documents with employees and he/she can miss a few of them.Is there a way I can send all the different documents in bulk? So that the director will receive only 1 email and will sign all different documents for each employee in one place (as one envelope), not clicking on various emails with different documents for each employee? And the employees see and sign only their particular document.

I am trying to send out liability waivers to multiple clients, and when I send it out as a bulk, the first person filled it out and then those answers were able to be read by everyone else that I sent it out to. How do I send out multiple forms That are signed and looked at individually without me having to redo the form every time 

Our Legal Disclosures settings are correct but the last few documents came back with the below highlighted issue and are unacceptable for our disclosure process. Does this mean the client viewed the initial email and checked the box for ERSD but did not actually go through with the signing at the initial view? Or is there some other possible issue we are missing? 

Our client is asking us the following 2 questions, which I could not answer so far. Do you know it?Which signature standard is used by the parties who sign with DocuSign? EES, AES, QES? Is there a disclaimer on signatures <=AES in our contract documents? Do you consider the merging of client's wet ink signature and DocuSign signatures as a media change/break? I am a director and needing to send a docusign out to my managers for them to sign and for them to send to their team to sign. How can they forward the form without getting the completed form from the manager?

I’m going to try my best to explain this. I have 2 DocuSign accounts with the same email address. One is my firm specific (but each user has their own account) account and the other is through Charles Schwab and allows us to send out paperwork. I myself can use the “Switch Profile” option to hop between accounts, but other within my firm do not have this option. I’m assuming this was something that happened when setting up both of their accounts and they possible did it a different way than others. Is there a way to merge both of these account accounts so they can now use “Switch Profile” to go between accounts?(I know that was confusing to explain so ask questions if it didn’t make sense).

I do not see the Drawing feature in my Docusign.I would like to highlite areas of a document.

I have created a template that will be sent to hundreds of recipients.  However, the first recipient (the organization officer) needs to sign every envelope before the final recipient receives it.  is there a way to allow our office to sign all the envelopes sent in bulk?

We are currently signed up for 200 envelopes. I am looking to send one fillable document to 540 individuals, it is the same document to all recipients. Is this considered using 1 envelope or 540 envelopes?

In one place the system says “correcting”; in another it reads my envelope has corrected? 

I am new to DS.  I have sent a document to someone for signature.  He was unable to sign it when I sent it, two days ago.  Now, the access code that I sent him has expired.  How do I generate another one to send him?  I can find no prompt that allows me to create a new code.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I understand from the DocuSign website that the email links expire after 48 hours but clcking the link will redirect you to generate a new link.Is there a similar sort of process for the 2 factor authentication? Does this expire? Thanks 

Hi Guys,I have used the DocuSign app for over a year now and have problem with it. But today after I start new envelop and assigned the signers, I could not get access to the signature page. It was blurry, like it’s blocking. I checked if there is issue with the account, but the next bill is due after three days. Why I have this issue? I would appreciate if anyone knew how to fix it.Thanks
