When a document is signed by two parties in DocuSign does the final version of the signed document automatically send to both signing parties?

@sgreen - Yes, by default, all recipients in an envelope workflow get either a link to the completed envelope in DocuSign or the PDF of the completed document.

Yes, when a document is signed by two parties in DocuSign, the final version of the signed document is automatically sent to both signing parties. This happens once all required parties have signed the document. DocuSign sends a completion email to all signers, which includes either an attachment of the completed document or a link to access the document, depending on the settings configured in the sender's DocuSign account.

However, it's important to note that individual recipients can modify their notification settings in DocuSign, which could affect whether they receive the completion email. If you want to ensure that all parties receive the completed document, you may want to confirm the settings under "Signing Settings" in your DocuSign account. The user if they do not receive the email can also check phishing settings.

Is it possible to automatically send the “envelope completion email“ to other users who are not signers?
