Hello, can we organise within an envelope, a chain of approvers/signatures (internal to the company) with a final receiver of the document/report, who does not see all approval steps inherent to DocuSign ?  or do we have to foresee a separate emailing of report to this final receiver ?  thank you for your suggestion.

Hello @TLQ ,

Welcome to the DocuSign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Thank you for providing further information.

I’m sad to say that all recipients can see all recipients in a document, if they have a DocuSign account they can see it from there and if not, they will be able to see it in the certificate of completion.

However, if it is documents you want to hide from specific recipients, that can be done using a feature called Document Visibility. Even if the document is completed, the recipient will only be able to see the documents assigned to them.

Hello, @TLQ

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

Could you explain exactly what do you want to show for the final recipient? What does she/he must view?

Thanks,

Alexandre

Hello Nathaly and Alexander,

please apologize for delayed reply, … many topics on my plate.

here is a little more details. some statistics/analysis are performed inhouse by our experts, shared and validated through DocuSign, and when each successive expert has approved the version, the final version is sent for information to the receiver.  we don’t want the receiver to see names and comments of the various “inhouse “validators”.  is it possible and if yes, how to proceed ?  Thank you for your advices.
