I want to send an authorization form with Bulk Send. Will they see each other’s names and addresses? Or will it simply send that form to each individual as if it was going to only them?

@Michelle Each individual row in the CSV or the manual input is considered an individual envelope.  As with regular envelopes the Bulk Send envelopes created will only be seen by the Recipients in that envelope.

Thank you so much, David! I haven’t used the feature yet and was nervous.

Hello, @Michelle

Answer: Depends.

In your .CSV file to be used in the Bulk Send operation, each line represents an envelope. The columns the names, emails, and other fields if you’re using additional fields in your envelope or template.

That said, imagine this scenarios:

  1. The CSV files contains more than one recipient (column) as below:

Four envelopes will be sent for two recipients at time, in this example: Alex will see the document signed by Sally when it’s his turn to sign.

  2. The CSV files contains only one recipient by line (one column only for the employee recipient):

Four envelopes will be sent. Each one has just one recipient. Nobody will see the others envelopes sent, except the Sender, of course.

I hope that shed some light in your question.

Best,

Alexandre
