Hi, community.Does anyone know when the changes to the Manage/Agreeements tab is going to be implemented in the live system? I can’t find a date in any of the Release Notes.

How do I clear a delay in a document that was sent for signature?    

How do I filter the year 2023 for all the envelopes I sent?  DocuSign platform has changed & I can’ filter.  Even if I attempt to select the “all” radio button, it just defaults to 6 months.

Hello,is it possible that only some defined persons receive the completed document but not every signer?In our use case every signer has to input his birth date and the completed document should only be sent to one defined receiver who can access the document. 

When I try to create a power form from a template, I get an error that doesn't explain the reason and I can't use it.

In the last 2 days I am receiving repeated notifications of documents either being viewed or completed. These are things I have already received. I have received the notifications 4-5 times each on some of them. What is the issue and how can I stop it?

I created an “envelope” and sent it to my Clients. They had changes they needed made and when I went back to update it (“correct” it), it appears I’m no longer the creator of that “envelope.” Not sure what happened.

I have created all my power forms but unfortunately each one of my clients has to fill four or five power forms out. So that means that’s four or five envelopes per client which gets pricey. Is there a way to combine several form links into one envelope?

I can use passkey for DocuSign login with PIN or face recognition.But when I try to save my ID Wallet with passkey it gives only one option: USB security key. (No pin, no face recognition) My console shows this warning:“publicKey.pubKeyCredParams is missing at least one of the default algorithm identifiers: ES256 and RS256. This can result in registration failures on incompatible authenticators. See https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/main/content/browser/webauth/pub_key_cred_params.md for details”  And that seems to be the reason. publicKey.pubKeyCredParams for DocuSign login defines -7 (ES256) and -257 (RS256), whereas publicKey.pubKeyCredParams for the ID Wallet passkey defines only -7 (ES256).That leads to Windows giving only the Security Key option for the ID Wallet passkey. Is this intentional? I hope it is not. If it is, it should be mentioned in the documentation.

Is it possible to download a copy of a contract showing the pre-populated import data prior to Signer 1 opening the envelope?

All of my notification settings are ON.  I have a document out for review/signature, and low and behold everyone has signed, but I only received one email notification that 1 party has “viewed” only.  I kept scratching my head why I wasn’t receiving multiple “has viewed” and “has signed” notifications.  Nothing in spam.  What might be wrong here please?   Thank you hive.  

I want to add radio buttons to a form and I want to be able to total them up.Example.. Radio button 1 =0, Radio button 2 =1, Radio button 3 =2 and Radio button 4 =3How can I do this? 

Hello I want to explore the oportunity to add signing with deadlines connected so that if first signer is offline and can’t sign, then after X time the envelope will go to second signer and so on according to set list But I don’t want the envelope to go to second signer if the first one is available and does sign it  Br

Hi quick question…If Party A, the recipient of a Docusign envelope, needs to sign Document A, but only needs to view Document B (and not to “approve” it - just to view it) is it possible to have Document A and Document B in the same envelope, or do they need to be in separate envelopes? Otherwise the only option seems to have two separate entries for Party A in the routing order (depending on whether they are signing or viewing a document) which is a bit clunky, but seems to be the only option available...Many thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Hi, I have made my envelope and need two documents signed. I try to add field select recipient then touch where I want the yellow signature box, I’m using an iPad so it won’t allow me to drag and drop, when I ask to send it comes up with the field manager box, so I do the above again. How do I make the yellow boxes stay on the signature areas when I send?
