Hello,

 

Can personal identifiers be redacted after a document has been signed?

You are welcome to our Docusign Community!

 

After a document be signed it is not possible to change the name/email of the signer through our eSignature platform due high security reasons. 

 

While an envelope is in Waiting for Others it’s possible to correct it to change recipients names/emails who didn’t signed yet an agreement. After being signed, you cannot change them anymore.
