Wrong Date Format

Hi,

I have a question regarding the date format.

I already set up the format to be DD/MM/YYYY. However, it always show the date as MM/DD/YYYY whenever we sign. Even when I change the format, the outcomes are the same.

Can you please advise?

Hello @gvest, hope you doing great.

I believe you are referring to the automatic date that occurs when using the "Date Signed" field, then this is controlled by a DocuSign Admin setting.

It can be located by a DocuSign Admin under:
1.Signing Settings
2.Then locate "Document Formatting" section
3. Change the "Current Date Format". Save.

Thanks! Solution works for you, like the answer and Mark it best😃
