At the moment when a customer signs a contract both ourselves and the client are sent separate PDF attachments. All of clients and ourselves require the combined version, so we have to go in and download these individually for each contract. Would it be possible to automatically email over the combined PDF attachment once something is signed

Unfortunately these settings are already switched on, so aren’t what we require.

We’re looking to combine the 3 separate PDF attachments automatically.

I got it. I appreciate your response. No worries as we already have an existing enhancement on this matter rest assured that we’ll do our best to work on it. But as I have mentioned, enhancement is still in progress, and we cannot provide any specific timeframe as to when it will be done.
