Hi
Yes, Docusign is able to convert signed PDF documents into PDF/A. Please check the article below for all details regarding conversion and compatibility:
To enable this feature, please access: eSign Admin (you must be an Admin) > Sending Settings > Enable PDF/A Conversion and Compliance.
Finally, it’s important to note that this feature is not available in all Docusign plans. If you can’t see this option above, I strongly suggest submitting a ticket to Docusign Customer Support to get more details.
