Possibility of transferring the eSignature licence to another user

Hello,I have received inquiry from one of user if it is possible to use a DocuSign licence of User X for another one - User Y since the User X will be temporarily OOO and User Y will use DocuSign only for couple of weeks.I have not run into this situation before and I have asked them if they meant that account for User Y should be opened with same level of access as User X has, and then to share envelopes with User Y, given that I see that as a potential solution with desirable outcome.However, before proceeding with addressing this request I wanted to check if someone has a different possible solution or information?Thank you in advance,Irena

hi, I used DocuSign Retrieve on my old laptop and I was provided a link for Docusign Retrieve so I could install it on my new laptop, but when I click on the link it tells me that the content does not exist or has been deleted or can't be previewed. AD and Docusign integration

I need to do an integration between Azure Active directory and Docusign for user provisioning. I need that once a user is provisioned in AD, AD should directly provision user in Docusign. It is different from Just in time provisioning. Is there a documentation where that is explained ?

Is it possible to close users in bulk? Currently, I can only close users one by one and it is a major hassle.

Every 6 months, I will do a clean-up and have to close users that have left the company. I have to close hundreds of users every round. So far I couldn't find any feature in DocuSign that lets me close users by bulk and I would have to search the users one by one before I could close them. This is a very tedious process. There is a feature on DocuSign that lets me update users' information by bulk but not close them. Do let me know if such a feature exists. If not, any chance that this feature can be implemented? I believe many users would greatly benefit from this addition.

Envelope transfer from one account to another.

I want to which method will work for this situation.We have a user for example uzair.h@abc .com with an account and later the user Email ID has been changed to uzair.h@xyz.com So currently we want all the envelopes to be moved from uzair.h@abc.com (old account) to uzair.h@xyz.com (new account)I checked regarding this , i think we can do custody transfer for this, right?Or if we change the email id for the account uzair.h@abc.com (old account) and rename it to uzair.h@xyz.com (new account) without moving any envelopes. will that work? https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=jux1643235969954&topicId=sdb1578456444133.html&_LANG=enusMay I know which option suits here?

I don't see an option to upload signature while signing a document. Only select style and draw options are visible. Earlier I used to upload signature image but now there is no such option. I didn't make any change to settings still I am facing this

As an Administrator, I am able to Close a User's account. Once this happens, how long is an individual retained within the system to allow "reactivation?" I searched the Admin Guide and found this Note: User profiles for closed users are not delet

So is the closed User Profile retained for the life of the DocuSign subscription?

Shared Access update

Are there any comms about why this has changed? My users think they're no longer able to view 'shared envelopes' but actually its how you view them thats changed and I haven't seen notes on why this change has been done. Links in other posts not working.

How to change the header of email from Sender name to the default Company Name?

Hi,When I am sending the document in the notification and header of the email it is showing my name as a Sender, but I want to change it to the default company name for all envelope templates. Do you know where I can change the [[Sender Name]] to the [[Company Name]]?It should be like this instead of my own name:[[Company Name]] via DocuSign.I also tried to change it in Email Resource but cannot find.
