I am going into my DocuSign settings and I cannot find the section that allows me to edit signature types. I want it to only allow signers to sign by drawing a signature, not by typing it.  Where am I missing this option? I click on Settings and cannot find the Signature Types part.

Hi, one signatory is off for long time. How do I add another signatory to the same envelope without cancelling all the review process?

Hello All, I wanted to know if it’s possible to provide two signature tabs but only one will be signed?To give a context, I need two signature tabs representing a “Yes” or “No” decision. So the person who is signing will sign on either of this as a decision.Is this something that can be done with Docusign?

When a document has been signed by everyone it has been sent to, do they get a copy of the final signed document or do I need to download it and email it to them?

Hello,I originally signed up for a reoccurring payment plan.I no longer want this plan and it is overdue resulting in my plan being suspended.I want to downgrade to the free plan.But there is no button for me to do that…..possibly because my account is suspended.How do I downgrade to the free plan with a suspended account? Thanks, Jeremy

Hey is there a way to change the Emailadress in the “answer to” field when sending out a contract to sign? or disable the “answer to” completely?The Email I have registered is our companies general Order mail. All emails for the contracts should go to and from a specific email.

Hello, we will be migrating from HelloSign to Docusign. We are hoping to migrate all the documents in HelloSign into Docusign. I am wondering if anyone has gone through this process before. If so, could you provide any insight or process taken to do this smoothly. Has anyone used the repository product provided by Docusign? We will not be migrating any templates.

Why are the form fields blank after I send the document, even though I have filled them in and can see the completed form before I send?

Hello, For the Enterprise Pro Plan, how does the billing work?  If the user base declines (Fewer signatures etc.) does that translate to a cost savings?

One of our employee is moving from one department to another and got 100 envelope. I need to know to few questions:which is the best option transfer now or csv transfer only completed envelope can be transferred? what about incomplete envelope?

Ever since I first stumbled into the IPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) world with If This Then That (IFTTT) years ago, the potential that was evident there was super exciting.to me. I’ve since spent time playing around with Zapier and Power Automate as well. Some of it is in the context of Docusign and sometimes just for fun and exploration of what is possible. An example of one practical application of IPaaS software that I use daily is to help with my calendar management by blocking out small breaks between meetings so I’m not stuck back to back all day. I have 5, 10, or 15 minute breaks that automatically appear to give me time to wrap up a meeting if it runs long, take bio breaks, a quick breather, etc. It’s been a lifesaver when I didn’t have other software or add-ons that could accomplish it. Can someone please help me on how to download Void envelopes report of all the users only. I want to know which user has voided envelopes 

Can someone please confirm if there is a report or utility to assist with an audit on DocuSign sender compliance of of company policy to download their completed envelopes? Is there a way as an Admin to report on any level of detail completed envelopes downloaded?   

Can you transfer envelopes between an account and a sub-account of that account?
