Negotiate that the number of envelopes can be brought forward for 3 months max in any 6 month period on a Personal membership

To see if I understand correctly, you want to have remaining envelopes, the ones you do not use, to remain in the account instead of resetting back to 5, is that correct?
If so, I’m sad to say that it is not possible. The Personal plan only allows 1 user with 5 envelopes, if you are in need of more envelopes, I recommend you upgrade to a Standard plan that allows 10 envelopes per month per user or 100 envelopes per year per user and if you need more you have the possibility to add more envelopes, which is something that the Personal plan does not offer: Choose your plan

Many thanks for your quick response and your recommendation. However I would like to correct your understanding of the issue. I am happy for the ‘ones I do not use’ to be reset to only 5 each month. Please let me know if this is acceptable.
To summarise I would be paying the annual subscription up front to send 60 envelopes each year. My annual usage is only 15 envelopes concentrated during 15th October and 15th November each year. The envelope balance of 45 would then be reset from 15th January to only 5 envelopes per month for the remainder of each year.

I’m sorry, you got me confused.
The personal plan will provide 5 envelopes each month (either paid annually or monthly) if you use those 5 envelopes another 5 will be provided the next month, if you use some of those the next month will show 5 and if you don’t use none at all it will remain on 5 as that is what the plan offers. If you are only in need of 15 envelopes during that time frame I recommend you purchase the standard plan for a monthly basis to send the needed envelopes, once you have, you can downgrade to free (in case you really aren’t going to send anymore envelopes during the year) or downgrade to the personal plan.
