Why does it seem that I am unable to enable or even find the Bulk Send option in Sending Settings. We have a Business Pro account.

I’m sorry to hear that the Bulk Send feature . To make sure, the option you are not seeing is “Enable bulk recipients” under Admin/Settings > Sending Settings > Recipients Roles, is that correct?

If the option missing or grayed out, it could be that it is not enabled in the backend, I recommend you create a support case to have an agent confirm your settings according to the Business Pro Plan: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport

Please note that you would need to be an admin to approve any changes on the account.
