Is there a way to contact support for Europe?

We are locked out of our corporate account because we let the SSO certificate expire.

I am struggling to access the site to open a support call, and the form I am supposed to fill throws an error saying it doesn’t accept formatted strings !?!?!?

Apologies for the inconvenience the web site has giving you, were you able to open a case or does it still give you the error? Can you try using an Incognito window or Private window to open the case? Can you try removing the “SSO” of the summary?

Regarding your expired certificate, can you provide more information? Depending on the issue exactly I might be able to assist.
