Connecting Docusign and Airtable

Hello, I am trying to find a way to connect Docusign and Airtable. Once my document is returned signed by the client I would like to have the document downloaded automatically into my airtable database. I have tried to do it using Zapier but it isn’t working and I don’t see an available extension in Airtable for Docusign like the one there is for Docupilot. Thanks,Ana

Zapier & Docusign connection expiring every 30 days

Hello! We’re using Zapier to connect our website’s form to Docusign, and conditionally send out envelopes to users who fill out a form. We’re running into issues where the connection between Zapier and Docusign expires regularly, causing our envelopes to not be sent. The exact error we’re getting in Zapier is “Unable to fetch refresh token: invalid_grant” Reaching out to Zapier support, they responded with:Based on Docusign's documentation, it uses a default value of 720 hours (30 days) for token expiration. This means that if you've obtained the token by logging into your account, it will expire in 30 days from the first login. Hello, I have an issue with docusign multiple senders :( once a contract needs to be signed, information is sent to docusign via zapier.first the client should sign, and then the CSM.However, when the client signs, docusign says “all contracts have been completed. Is it possible to create an envelope within HubSpot but to let someone else send it out under their name?

We have a situation where we want to have our administrative department to create contracts in HubSpot, but have someone else (a manager familiar to the relation) send out the contract under their name.It is currently possible to create a contract and have someone else send it out, but it will be under the name of the person that initially creates the contract.Is it possible to change the name in the e-mail header with for instance a standardized name, or is it always the person that initially creates the contract?

I'm wondering if you could guide me through a process to tackle a challenge I've on the table.I want to fill in a DocuSign Contract and send it to the concern customers. The issue I've been facing so far is that upon selecting "Send a Document from Template to Sign" module of DocuSign in Make.com, I can't see the custom fields that the particular Template appears to have.There are certain custom fields that I want to fill in with a data source (G Sheets) and there are some other custom fields that I want my customers to fill in. i.e. Address, Company Name etc. Did anyone face this kind of issue and able to solve it without using any other automation tool? i.e. Zapier etc

Is there a way to send Invoices via DocuSign for e-signature? I've added the DocuSign App to QuickBooks Online, however I'm only able to send Estimates with DocuSign. I need to also send Invoices through DocuSign for Signature.

Hi there, We have been testing the DocuSign & HighQ integration and raised a query with HighQ which they have suggested be raised with DocuSign: We can see that no matter which HighQ user sends a document for signing, the email notification appears to come from the user who authorised the integration. It is my understanding that this also means any envelopes, regardless of which user sends for signing, are all sent from the DocuSign account of the user who authorised the integration. I was just wondering whether there was any way to add additional DocuSign accounts, along with the ability to indicate when sending the envelope who it is coming from? Ie. the DocuSign account authorising the integration will be an IT employee of sorts but Fee earners would be the ones sending the envelopes to Clients and would therefore like their name on the email notification that goes to the signatories.

Powerform link with parameters is failing

We have an Azure Logic App process that uses information from a SharePoint list to create a Powerform link with parameters. Occasionally the links fail with the message “System Error: Your DocuSign request cannot be processed at this time.” We have one use case in which the link seems to always fail. Staff have entered information three times and in all three the Powerform link with parameters is failing. The process is working for other list items. Anyone know of a way to troubleshoot this?

Zapier integration data mismatch

I have a DocuSign template that is pre-populated with information from Excel and uses Zapier as the integration tool to populate this template.In general it works great, but on occasion there is a mismatch of information of what is on the document to what is sent from Zapier. In these cases, the Zapier logs/history show no data sent a field(s) to the template, yet there is data in the DocuSign document that is sent.Is there something that needs to be done to stop this behavior as if Zapier does not send information for a field that field should not be filled in by DocuSign with some seemingly random information? (sort of like it is not clearing a cache or something)

Help! QuickBooks unable to connect to a remote server—How to fix!

I'm having trouble with QuickBooks being unable to connect to the remote server. This issue started after I changed some network settings on my computer. I've already checked my internet connection and firewall settings, and everything seems fine. Despite this, QuickBooks still can't establish a connection. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I have jobber and docusign connected. When I have an approved quote through jobber, docusign is automatically supposed to create a Project Scope of Work form and attach to the quote in jobber. This has not been happening. Are there any settings in docusign that I need to change? I have checked everything in Jobber and all the settings are correct.

RCA Docusign failure 4th of June 2024 with Netsuite

The morning on 4th of June we had a problem with all of our Netsuite customers who use Docusign. Due a failure of Docusign, they weren't able to make any transaction in NetSuite.We allready fixed the problem except we have customers who would like to recieve a Route Cause Analysis of what happend. Oracle Enterprise Contracts DocuSign Issue

Hello, we have a client who transitioned from CLMs to Oracle Fusion Enterprise contracts and opted in to have DocuSign as the service provider for e-signatures in Fusion. Two users have their own individual accounts in DocuSign and both have full access to another DocuSign account which was used in the Manage Electronic Signature configuration in Fusion.However, when they started using DocuSign for signing the contracts in Fusion, the DocuSign envelopes are being sent from their individual accounts and not on the DocuSign account that is configured in Manage Electronic Signature. This is causing issues since they are having issues in Fusion and cannot manage the signature.Kindly advise on how to fix and what to do to ensure that the envelopes are being sent from the account configured in the Manage Electronic Signature and not from their individual accounts. Thank you.
