Can I correct an email address of the last signer after the document has been sent and already signed by other signers? Is not showing the option of "Correct" even when one of the signers never received the email

I have a docusign account, i want to add a default process were seal should be add default in all envelope before sending for Signature. Hi - I’m looking to send data that was captured in FormAssembly to docusign.  I would like the output to be a PDF that is then sent to BoxI do not want to use Docusign’s data collection, just its PDF capabilities. How can I do this? Thx!

I noticed that when we send a document from our BMS, Applied Epic, after all signatures are completed, the signed documents automatically attach to the client file but the certificate of completion pdf does NOT attach.  We require to retain a copy of that certificate with our signed documents on file and now have to manually download it from DocuSign’s portal.  I could not find a setting to address this.  Can you please advise if this is possible and if so, how do I fix my settings to allow this to happen automatically? Thanks, Stacey

I run a property business in the UK and I ask new investors I work with to complete an investor onboarding form in Mailchimp.I want to set up a Zap (Zapier) to then get a standard NDA/NCA doc in Docusign generated and sent to them automatically.At the moment I am doing this manually and I want to remove the manual operation.Can anyone give guidance on how to do this please? Thanks, Fiona

We have a requirement to send multiple documents/forms which are required for background check along with offer letter from SuccessFactors recruitment through docusign. How can we achieve this using docusign and then how to download all these signed documents ?  Also, Is there any way to link with ATS to prepopulate some of the fields on the forms through ATS ? Thank you!!

Hello,We are using Zoom with the DocuSign Integration and we are having an issue where at the end of the signing process, a user is tasked with entering in their email and for some reason, it will only allow them to enter in a few characters and then it freezes. Our leads then take control over the session and finish it. Any ideas on this? Thanks

We currently have our DocuSign connected to our MeridianLink platform to send out documents via MeridianLink for new account opening and loan documents, etc to be signed electronically. When these documents are sent out, is there a way to set up expiration timeframes and reminder frequency on the DocuSign side, or would this all be controlled through MeridianLink? 

Is Retrieve a Windows app or a browser-based app?  It is unclear from the KB articles and video demos. Maybe a combination of the two?

I have been a ZipForms, DocuSign and DocuSign Transaction room user for several years. I have received this error on more than one occasion in the past 6-10 months. Sometimes I have time to wait for it to "clear up" but it's nothing I'm doing wrong. It just refuses to connect. I've refreshed the tabs but it starts when I am using Zip Form to create and tag the docs in a "package" that when I click NEXT it automatically opens a new window in DocuSign and brings the docs in for further tagging before sending out for signing. account.docusign.com refused to connect This is what pops up in the window of DocuSign.

Hello everyone,Has anyone run into an issue where no matter which web browser you use, if you go through Schwab Advisor Center → Account Management → Go to Docusign consoleit opens up a new tab in the browser, but nothing loads at all. I’ve had my local IT check browser settings, DNS flushed, browser cache/history cleared out, etc. Nothing seems to fix it, and I was wondering if it might be a permissions issue on the docusign end? Thank you in advance!

Hello! We’re using Zapier to connect our website’s form to Docusign, and conditionally send out envelopes to users who fill out a form. We’re running into issues where the connection between Zapier and Docusign expires regularly, causing our envelopes to not be sent. The exact error we’re getting in Zapier is “Unable to fetch refresh token: invalid_grant” Reaching out to Zapier support, they responded with:Based on Docusign's documentation, it uses a default value of 720 hours (30 days) for token expiration. This means that if you've obtained the token by logging into your account, it will expire in 30 days from the first login. Hello, I have an issue with docusign multiple senders :( once a contract needs to be signed, information is sent to docusign via zapier.first the client should sign, and then the CSM.However, when the client signs, docusign says “all contracts have been completed. It is not sent to the CSM :(Can you help me please?   

We have a situation where we want to have our administrative department to create contracts in HubSpot, but have someone else (a manager familiar to the relation) send out the contract under their name.It is currently possible to create a contract and have someone else send it out, but it will be under the name of the person that initially creates the contract.Is it possible to change the name in the e-mail header with for instance a standardized name, or is it always the person that initially creates the contract?

I'm wondering if you could guide me through a process to tackle a challenge I've on the table.I want to fill in a DocuSign Contract and send it to the concern customers. The issue I've been facing so far is that upon selecting "Send a Document from Template to Sign" module of DocuSign in Make.com, I can't see the custom fields that the particular Template appears to have.There are certain custom fields that I want to fill in with a data source (G Sheets) and there are some other custom fields that I want my customers to fill in. i.e. Address, Company Name etc. Did anyone face this kind of issue and able to solve it without using any other automation tool? i.e. Zapier etc 

Hello, I'm on a DocuSign standard subscription. I have integrated DocuSign with my Monday.com board. Once the documents are signed, they don't reflect or get uploaded to the board.  During the testing period this was working perfectly. Please help.
