I run a property business in the UK and I ask new investors I work with to complete an investor onboarding form in Mailchimp.

I want to set up a Zap (Zapier) to then get a standard NDA/NCA doc in Docusign generated and sent to them automatically.

At the moment I am doing this manually and I want to remove the manual operation.

Can anyone give guidance on how to do this please?
