DocuSign + Zoom Email Input Issue

Hello,

We are using Zoom with the DocuSign Integration and we are having an issue where at the end of the signing process, a user is tasked with entering in their email and for some reason, it will only allow them to enter in a few characters and then it freezes. Our leads then take control over the session and finish it. 

Any ideas on this?

Are these signers accessing the envelope through Zoom? Also, does this happen after hitting “Finish”, at the end of the signing session?

If they are signing through Zoom, try having them access it through the browser instead. There is no setting in eSignature that would force your signers to enter their email at the end of the signing session.
