Recipients are not required to sign using the mobile app.
Sometimes envelopes sent with "Mobile-Friendly Viewing with Responsive Signing" enabled will have problems when being viewed on mobile devices.
You can disable this option in the envelope's advanced settings, detailed instructions on this process can be found. here:
