Are you using the "Mobile-Friendly Viewing with Responsive Signing" of the envelope?

Hi,

The box was clicked when I went into the setting. I unclicked "Mobile-Friendly Viewing with Responsive Signing" and reclicked it then saved it. Looks like the software had a glitch but it corrected itself.
