Hi Support,we will create two seals for our company with same OU and CN but by different seal type. one is DocuSign Express Signature and the another is DocuSign EU Advanced Signature. the with same logo and seal name. so it is can’t separate the seal and only can by Seal Identifier. we hope can add other column like : seal type, seal create date, description.
I was surprised to see Supply Agreement is not a contract type in Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator). We have a significant distinction between Service Agreement which is a category and Supply Agreement which is not a category. I highly recommend Supply Agreement is added as a contract type in Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator).
in esig, web form, i am editing the template fields. I prefer to autoplace so that if the template changes, its easier to replace.I see that drop downs do not allow autoplace. This causes more work to ensure the correct field is in the correct place. When you have multiple dropdowns, it causes issues with trying to put them back in the correct place if replacement of the template is done. Please add autoplace to drop downs in locations.Thank you
In “account profile”, you can publish a message that can be viewed by all users of a platform. But if you organisation manages 100+ platforms, if you want to publish a message for everyone, you have to change this one by one. It would be great to have an option to manage this message for an organisation, or better, select which account you want to publish this message.

Although admins can run a delivery failure report and interrogate the ‘Failed Reason’ - to determine why the sending failed and propose a solution - it would be great for the average tech-agnostic admin to quickly understand why an envelope failed to be delievered...an example would be:If I enable TLS Encryption, but the recipients email server cannot ‘accommodate’ either TLS 1.3 or 1.2...the failed reason is quick and easy to interpret - i.e. “Recipients Email Server is not configured to accept below TLS 1.2”...OR “Recipients email server has not been configured to accept (i.e. Whitelist) the DocuSign IP Address range” Hope that made sense?!
Some radio buttons on a pdf document in a Docusign template have radio buttons much smaller than the shock option
Technical Description of the Issue:The security enhancement introduced a setting requiring all recipients to authenticate for every envelope sent from the account. This feature mandates users to select a recipient authentication method such as Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) or SMS Authentication. However, the setting does not currently allow Access Code Authentication to be utilized as the sole method when this requirement is enforced. During testing, it was observed that enabling this feature forces users to choose between KBA or SMS Authentication, excluding Access Code Authentication as an option. This restriction impacts workflow flexibility and introduces additional costs associated with KBA/SMS methods. The request is to modify the feature so that users can mandate recipient authentication while having the option to select among KBA, SMS, or Access Code Authentication.Business Use Case:Many users rely on Access Code Authentication to secure envelopes. This method is both cost-effective and user-friendly, making it preferable for both senders and recipients. The current implementation of the security enhancement, which mandates the use of KBA or SMS, imposes additional costs and introduces a level of complexity that may disrupt established client workflows. Aligning the feature to permit Access Code Authentication as a selectable option would ensure compliance with the security team's recommendations while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control.Business Impact:Enforcing recipient authentication for every envelope is crucial for mitigating security risks. However, the inability to choose Access Code Authentication as an alternative creates friction and unnecessary expense for users and clients accustomed to this method. Allowing departments to mandate recipient authentication while having the flexibility to choose the most suitable method (Access Code, KBA, or SMS) would ensure security compliance, prevent accidental omission of authentication steps, and provide cost-effective, user-friendly options that align with departmental and client needs. This adjustment would enhance security without imposing undue financial or operational burdens.
Would love it if I had a way to choose “mark read” or delete the “new messages” on the dashboard in DocuSign Rooms,. Sometimes the messages just say “ok” and isn’t an action item I need hanging out on the Dashboard.
Can we get the environmental savings on the Administrator dashboard in metric as well as imperial measurements, maybe a slider button?
Would like to suggest a few ideas for reports.Allow for a longer schedule to send the report (currently max is one year). Allow for no end date and longer durations Report ownership: Should be able to transfer custom reports to someone else (either as a move or copy)
Currently when allowing the Witness to view all the information on the document, this also gives authority for the Witness to amend any fields by default, yes changes will trigger the workflow back to the applicant however it would be great to have an Option for Witness to be Restricted to View Only Form Details & access to complete/ sign only where required. Therefore ensuring the fields cannot be amended by the Witness whilst allowing the Witness to view the entire document being Witnessed. See below response from Support:Regarding the scenario related to View Only access, this can be configured through our Needs to View or Carbon Copy recipient actions. However, this will provide the recipient to full access to the envelope starting from the point of the signing order where they were placed. To restrict recipient access to documents, you will want to look into our Document Visibility feature. Nevertheless, it’s important to take into consideration that manager recipient and non-signing recipient types will still retain full access to all documents. More information on this feature can be found, here: Some Things To Know About Document Visibility Set Document Visibility
It would be great if we have the ability to make generated file name dynamic by using any of the text fields of Salesforce record like <quote.Name>_<quote.SBQQ__Opportunity2__r.Name>.pdf
I am on the groups page and was looking for a certain group. I should not have to scroll down until i find it. Where is the search? Can we add an option for sorting?
